Live webcam – RV.net at the Rally

RV.net is live at the Rally in Louisville, KY. Located in the exhibit hall at booth #340, a few select RV.net staff members, bloggers, and forum moderators are meeting and greeting our fellow RVers. And while our internet connection allows, we’ll be running a live webcam (see below) during exhibition hall hours (Thursday 2/22/10 10am-5pm EDT, Friday 2/23/10 9am-5pm EDT, Saturday 2/24/10 9am-5pm and Sunday 2/25/2010 9am-2pm). The Woodall’s Representatives from Alberta, Kim and Debi Smith, are personally assisting with the grass-roots campaign to spread the news about this missing RVing couple. Club/Pub Days at the Rally

Clubs and publications featured at The Rally will treat guests to special daily entertainment, gifts, prizes and activities – just another reason in a long list to attend this year’s centennial celebration! The Rally Celebrates 100 Years of RVing

The Rally is gearing up for the 100th Anniversary of RVing. Celebrate this milestone with fellow RV enthusiasts at the largest RV event of the year, July 22-25 at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, KY. Among The Rally’s celebratory festivities are a Vintage RV Display and “Oldest RV at The Rally” Contest. The Rally will feature a special living display of vintage RVs, organized by Al Hesselbart, considered the country’s foremost RV historian and currently the RV historian for the RV/MH Hall of Fame in Elkhart, Indiana. This display will be open throughout The Rally and will be a wonderful opportunity to wander through a very interesting part of RV history. The Rally is also celebrating the history of the RV lifestyle with special promotions and displays. The Rally is excited to be back in Louisville, KY, “The Gateway to the South.”  Guests can explore this beautiful, historic city with one or more of the many tours being offered or help to give back to the local community during The Rally’s Annual Volunteer Day. Glacier National Park Celebrates 100 Years

2010 marks the 100th anniversary of one of America’s most valuable national treasures: Glacier National Park. Located in the northwest corner of Montana along the spine of the Rocky Mountains, Glacier National Park, the park’s primary visitor season runs May through October. With various film festivals, art projects, legacy projects and other special events occurring throughout the year, it’s a great time to visit the Glacier National Park. The Legacy: Glacier National Park has a rich legacy of preservation, enjoyment, and history dating back to 1910. Over 50 people are steering the program in an attempt to enhance partnerships, foster new personal connections, and engage future stewards.
