I left Pensacola,Fl on 4-15-09 on my way to Crater of Diamonds State park in
Murfreesboro, Ark. I found no diamonds, just gumbo mud. I made my way to
I-40 close to Ft. Smith, Ark. Went . on I- 40 toWilliams, Az. I took a round trip train to the Grand canyon andback. It was great. Left Williams,Az. Went to Las vegas, Nv. Spent 4 nights there. I didn’t go into any casinos. I did trade my 40 Ft. M/h
on an 08 -30ft Coachmen Concord 275D Class C motorhome, with a great V-10 engine. it is a fine motorhome and i am enjoying it all the way back to Pensacola,Fl. I left Las Vega and went to Lake Havasu City, took lots of photos of the London bridge, upper and lower parts of it. It is beautiful there.
I left there and proceeded to quartzsite, az. got on I-10 went East to Tombstone az. Spent 2 nights and part of 3 days there. that is a town well worth seeing.
I did stop in Benson,Az. Spent the night at a fine R.V.park that has the only observatory in an r.v. park in the U.S. I spent 2 and half hours looking throught a giant telescope looking at venus, the moon and a lot of other planets. Free
