Indeed, you are correct...Fort Ti is on Lake Champlain - not Placid. I got it right in the vid (in fact, I&#039;ve been there several times over the three summers spent in the area) but got the typed message wrong. Have you srtolled the &quot;King&#039;s Garden&quot; at Fort Ti...that&#039;s another great thing I&#039;d advise viewers to do while there. 

Do try the recipe and let me know what everyone thinks! I just served it for Father&#039;s Day to rave reviews. 

I LOVE Vermont, too...perhaps there&#039;s a show there in the future.

On the Vermont side, anyone visiting Fort Ticonderoga should visit Mount Independence. The history on both sides of Lake Champlain is very interesting. Many battles were fought on both sides of the lake.</description>
