Hi Lil'Darlin,

I'm delighted you gave it a try and enjoyed it. A butt and a shoulder are the same thing, I do believe, so you were right on the money.

I don't know exactly what it is about this recipe but when I make it I can't think of eating anything else until the roast is gone - breakfast, lunch and dinner. In fact, your response has me off to the grocery in search of a pork butt.

Thanks for watching and for the massage.

Happy travels,

We made this recipe this weekend while camping with friends. It was wonderful...thanks so much. I couldn't find a pork butt though so had to go with a 3.5 pound pork shoulder roast. It was very tender and juicy. There were NO leftovers !!
