We are not located in Picayune, Ms. Our climate is very similar to that in Florida. We are located 45 minutes north of New Orleans and 30 minutes from the gulf coast beaches and casinos. Our monthly rate is $428.00 per month including full hookups and all of your utilities. We don't have cable but we offer free wi fi. There is a rv supply /repair center just down the block from the resort. A super walmart is less than a 1/4 mile away. The city of Picayune is quaint and has a small town atmosphere chopped full of small antique shops and boutiques.

all you need to dump at your house is a sewer "cleanout". if you do not already have one in a convenient location, a plumber can add one for you. it cost me 1k$ to have about 25' of 3" black pvc pipe run under my house in the crawl space (i cannot get in there) and thru the foundation in the back of the house in wa. it took a plumber and his helper over 6 hrs to do the job. plumbers make great $. kind of expensive, but it works very well. if you can get under your house and do the job yourself, the parts would have cost me about $100. if you call a plumber, make sure you specify a 3" "sewer cleanout", not an rv dump station which has its own set of building codes. read more expensive, especially if you have a septic system.
