Lucky Lucy and I usually play on the same account. I figure it is better to show one person playing a lot than two people playing a little. The exception to this rule is Missouri where it is actually illegal to use another person's card. As Mac stated, often times it is an advantage to sign up separately to take advantage of promotions. Even so, after the minimum points are met we do the rest of our play on a single account.

Hi Karen, good to hear from you!

Yes, most players club rules prohibit playing on anyone else's card; however, my experience is the same as yours. I've never known of a married couple having a problem in this regard, and I've heard Jean Scott say the same thing. I've also had slot club personnel recommend playing on one card when one had multiple points, or to qualify for a promo, or to earn a higher tier for one of us that both could then enjoy.

Each time we're in a casino Chris and I consider the advantages of playing on our own accounts, or together on one. Usually we play on one.

Hi Mac ,

As you know Tony and I are low rollers so sometimes we will use only one
player's club account and get two cards so both of us can play on the same account. The cards always say that only the person to whom the card was issued is allowed to use that card but casino personnel have actually suggested that we both use the same account. We've never been denied any comps because of this but I've been wondering if you ever have or if you know of any one being denied comps.
  Looking forward to more posts!
