I suggest http://mibearings.com for Wheel Bearings and Hub Assemblies. They are Top Quality and USA made. They are very reliable.

I replace many wheel bearings and seals because I work for a trucking company. The trucks have 180000 pound axles or lighter, depending on the truck. Motor homes these days are heavier and rated much higher than years ago. I recomend you jack the wheel off the ground and check for in and out movement. if it is noticable moviment the bearings are loose from wear or the lock nuts came loose. Any time an oil seal is leaking, you will see oil on the backside of the outside of the hub and possibely the tire. Grease packed seals don't leak so visual inspection is important. Check the shop Manual for torque specks. too thight or too loose can be very dangerous. If you are not sure get a second opinnion.

I recently moved my class A motorhome about 15-20 miles, one long grade going up a hill, when I arrived, the hub cap on the front wheel had grease comming out of it.

Is this an indication of wheel bearing going bad and need replacing?

Thanks, I enjoy reading your articles.
